Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse using Australia Post. No additional duties or fees are applied.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped usually within 1-2 business days. All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Fridays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number to track your order directly online. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders above $150
How long are transit times?
Transit time varies based on your delivery address. Typically orders take between 2-4 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number to track your order directly online. Carrier might take 1–2 business to update your tracking link. We recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
Freight Forwarders & PO Addresses
We permit the use of a freight forwarder service, as well as shipments to PO addresses. Before placing your order, please be aware that Overose will not be responsible for any damages to the product caused by transportation when the service of a freight forwarder is used. No damage claims, as well as non-delivery claims can be made to Overose once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Lost and Missing Parcels
Any lost or stolen packages is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and any complaints or claims should be directed directly to them. Overose is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries. Once a package is picked up and scanned, shipping and delivery is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
